Dayli BlockChain Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A139050) agreed to acquire 10.23% stake in Dayli Intelligence Inc. for KRW 4 billion on June 18, 2018. A total of 3,673 shares will be acquired as part of the deal. The payment for the total amount will be made in cash within one week after the signing date.
For the period ending December 31, 2017, Dayli Intelligence reported total assets of KRW 15.7 billion, net assets of KRW 13.5 billion, revenue of KRW 1.2 billion and net loss of KRW 6.1 billion. Board of Dayli BlockChain resolved in favor of the deal on June 18, 2018. The transaction is expected to close on June 19, 2018.
