BG Container Glass Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend Payment for the Year Ended 31 December 2023, Payable on 17 May 2024

BG Container Glass Public Company Limited at its board meeting held on 29 February 2024, approved to propose to the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the dividend payment from the results of operation for the year ended 31 December 2023 at THB 0.080 per share for 694,444,000 ordinary shares, totaling THB 55,555,520. And when combined with the
three interim dividend payments during 2023 as follows: First time, on 15 June 2023 at THB 0.080 per share from the results
of operation during 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2023. Second time, on 8 September 2023 at THB 0.060 per share from
the results of operation during 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023. Third time, on 13 December 2023 at THB 0.060 per share from the
results of operation during 1 July 2023 to 30 September 2023. The dividend to be paid for the fiscal year 2023 is a total of THB 0.280 per share, amounting to THB 194,444,320. This represents a dividend payout ratio of approximately 7 0 . 9 % of net profit based on the company's separate financial statements. The date for determining the rights of shareholders to receive dividend payment (Record Date) will be 29 April 2024. The dividend payment date is set to be 17 May 2024. However, the foregoing proposed divided payment is still uncertain, as it is still subject to final consideration and approval by the 2024 Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders (The dividend for THB 0.080 per share paid from the net profit that was not promoted by BOI, so it received a tax credit).

It manufactures glass containers for customers in various industries, including beer bottles, non-alcoholic beverage bottles, glass containers for food, glass containers for pesticides and medicine, and glass containers for other products.
