BHK Mining Corp. reported that reconnaissance soil sampling activities conducted on the Ndjole license have resulted in the identification of two new large zones with anomalously elevated manganese contents. The soil sampling program commenced in September 2015 and covered four previously untested areas within the Ndjole licence with a total of 1,096 samples.

These areas were identified for sampling based on mapped geology, electromagnetic imagery and crucially, the understanding of the sedimentary basin and manganese mineralisation obtained from the current drilling program at the North East manganese prospect. The new manganese zones discovered include: Ndjole North a 13 km strike length and up to 400m width of >3,000 ppm manganese in soil. Mimbanye a 6 km strike length and up to 1 km strike width of > 3,000 ppm manganese in soil.
