As previously reported in the Original Form 8-K, on March 2, 2022, the Company's board of directors appointed Mr. Weber to serve as a member of the board of directors, effective immediately. On May 18, 2022, the board of directors of the Company appointed Mr. Weber to the Nominating and Corporate Governance, Audit and Compensation committees of the board of directors, effective as of May 18, 2022.
