Youngchul Park agreed to acquire 24.43% stake in BL Pharmtech Corp. (KOSDAQ : A065170) from Bioleaders Corporation (KOSDAQ:A142760) for KRW 9.3 billion on March 12, 2024. Post the completion, Bioleaders will not hold any stake in BL Pharmtech and Youngchul Park will hold 24.61% stake.
The disposal is being done for the reason of improving the financial structure and securing cash flow. The transaction is expected to close on March 28, 2024.
