BJ's Restaurants, Inc. announced the opening of its newest restaurant in Lubbock, Texas, on October 8, 2012. The new BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse is located at the intersection of Loop 289 and 69th Street in the prime retail trade area of Lubbock. The restaurant is approximately 8,500 square feet, contains seating for approximately 280 guests, and features BJ's extensive menu including BJ's signature deep-dish pizza, handcrafted beer and famous Pizookie(R) dessert.
BJ's highly detailed, contemporary d cor and unique video statement, including BJ's 103" plasma display as well as several high-definition flat panel televisions, creates a high energy, fun and family-friendly dining environment for everyone to enjoy.
BJ's Restaurants, Inc. is a casual dining restaurant. The Companyâs restaurants feature a menu with approximately 100 menu items designed to offer various items, including slow roasted entrees, such as prime rib, EnLIGHTened Entrees, such as Cherry Chipotle Glazed Salmon, original signature deep-dish pizza, the Pizookie dessert and BJs craft beers. Its craft beer is produced at five in-house brewing facilities and by independent third-party brewers using its recipes.
