Black Range Minerals Limited ("Black Range") advises that an error has been identified in the Notice
of Scheme Meeting, which is contained in the scheme booklet ("Scheme Booklet") that was announced to ASX and despatched to Black Range shareholders on 23 July 2015.
The error is under the paragraph titled "Entitlement to vote" on page 193 of the Scheme Booklet. The date for determining Black Range shareholders entitled to vote at the Scheme Meeting should be "23 August 2015" rather than "23 June 2015". The correct date is already stated on page 13 of the Scheme Booklet under the paragaph titled "Entitlement to Vote".
