Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V. announced consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and year to date ended September 30, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported revenues of MXN 871,846,000 compared to MXN 806,841,000 a year ago. Operating income was MXN 456,193,000 compared to MXN 429,861,000 a year ago. Income before taxes and minority interests was MXN 491,316,000 compared to MXN 457,211,000 a year ago. EBITDA was MXN 477,271,000 compared to MXN 463,344,000 a year ago. Net income was MXN 332,810,000 or MXN 0.56 per share compared to MXN 302,814,000 or MXN 0.51 per share a year ago. CapEx was MXN 32 million compared to MXN 40 million a year ago.
For the year to date, the company reported revenues of MXN 2,631,862,000 compared to MXN 2,313,888,000 a year ago. Operating income of MXN 1,404,430,000 compared to MXN 1,219,116,000 a year ago. Income before taxes and minority interests was MXN 1,530,900,000 compared to MXN 1,267,175,000 a year ago. EBITDA was MXN 1,467,817,000 compared to MXN 1,290,685,000 a year ago. Net income was MXN 1,017,733,000 or MXN 1.72 per share compared to MXN 837,750,000 or MXN 1.41 per share a year ago. CapEx was MXN 58 million, 4 million or 6% less than a year ago. Net cash flow from operating activities was MXN 1,246.8 million. Investment in fixed assets was MXN 57.8 million.
