Boostheat, a specialist in energy efficiency, announced on Friday that its shareholders had approved the implementation of a new corporate governance structure.

Convened at a combined (ordinary and extraordinary) general meeting on second call, shareholders, who achieved a quorum of 25.6%, approved all resolutions by over 93% each.

In particular, they are expected to vote on the ratification of three members of the new board of directors, namely Hugo Brugière, Emmanuel Couraud and Baudouin Hallo, as well as on various resolutions concerning capital transactions.

Boostheat, which benefits from a new business project led by businessman Hugo Brugière, has recently received expressions of interest from several strategic partners with a view to its turnaround.
