Kaffe Bueno ApS announced that it expects to receive ?6.2 million in funding from Borregaard ASA, European Innovation Council Fund and other investors

Kaffe Bueno ApS announced that it will receive ?6,200,000 in a round of funding on December 22, 2023. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. The transaction will include participation from new investors Borregaard ASA, European Innovation Council (EIC) Fund and several other public and private investors.

Borregaard ASA will invest ?3,000,000 for 12% stake in the company. Borregaard ASA has been granted warrants to subscribe for additional shares in Kaffe Bueno on or before 31 January 2026. If exercised in full, these warrants will bring Borregaard ASA's ownership share up to 34% and contribute another EUR 9.25 million in equity to the company.
