Bouygues Construction reports that its subsidiary Losinger Marazzi has won four projects in Switzerland worth a total of 401 million Swiss francs (410 million euros), projects that are "emblematic of the decarbonization of real estate" in the country.

The company will be responsible for the Aarerain project in Worblaufen (north of Berne), the first positive-energy district in Switzerland, for the Caisse de pension Coop (CPV/CAP), and the Quarz'up project near Geneva, comprising four mixed-use buildings.

Losinger Marazzi will also be implementing a mixed-use project to house around 1,450 employees of the Lucerne cantonal administration by 2026, as well as the integrated commercial and residential Acacias project in central Geneva.
