Bright Kindle Resources & Investments, Inc. elected Jesse H. T. Andres as director at its Annual Stockholders' Meeting held on October 23, 2020. The company also announced election of the following Committee Members for the year 2020 to 2021 to serve as such until their successors are duly elected and qualified: Executive Committee ("Execom"): Chairman: Augusto C. Serafica, Jr.;Members: Jesse H. T. Andres, Isidro C. Alcantara, Jr., Rolando S. Santos and Hermogene H. Real, Audit, Governance, Oversight and Related Party Transaction Committee: Chairman: Carlos Alfonso T. Ocampo; Members: Augusto C. Serafica, Jr. and Felix Cesar L. Zerrudo. Nomination and Compensation Committee: Chairman: Felix Cesar L. Zerrudo; Members: Carlos Alfonso T. Ocampo and Remegio C. Dayandayan, Jr.
