Brinova Fastigheter AB (publ) (OM:BRIN B) agreed to acquire 13 Community Properties in Southern Sweden from Norama Real Estate Fund managed by Norama Asset Management AB for approximately SEK 390 million on December 15, 2020. The final purchase prices shall correspond to the preliminary purchase prices with adjustments for changes in equity on the date of acquisition. Any adjustments to the preliminary purchase prices must be settled in cash. The deal will be financed through the proceeds through newly raised loans and through cash payments. The annual rental income of the properties amount to SEK 46 million. The transactions are conditional on all the partial transactions being carried out as planned.
