Broadex Technologies Co Ltd is a company engaged in research and development, production and sales of optoelectronic devices. The Company operates two segments. The Optical Passive Device segment operates the production and sales of planar lightwave circuits (PLCs), PLC optical splitters, tunable optical power wavelength division multiplexers, arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) chips and other fiber arrays. The Active Optoelectronic Components segment is involved in the production and sales of optical active devices, including 25G, 40G, 100G optical transceiver modules for data communications and active optical cable (AOC).
