Burnham Holdings, Inc. announced that Samantha L. Fugagli has been appointed General Counsel and Secretary of the Company effective July 27, 2023. Ms. Fugagli joined the Company on June 26, 2023 after serving previously in roles at McNees Wallace & Nurick and Deloitte Tax LLP. She received her B.S. in Accounting from Gannon University and J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law.
