For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 147.493 million compared to TWD 95.790 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 771,000 compared to TWD 6.229 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 1.195 million compared to TWD 3.994 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.03 compared to TWD 0.1 a year ago.
C.T.I. Traffic Industries CO., LTD is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of piston rings and automobile parts. The Company's piston rings include compression rings, chrome plated keystone-type piston rings, steel oil-retaining rings, chrome plated blooming piston rings, nitrides piston rings, and nitrides blooming piston rings, among others. The piston rings are applied in automobiles. Its automobile parts include engine repair kits, automobile lamps, engine parts, brake system parts, timing belt parts and other accessories. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the Americas, Europe, Africa and the rest of Asia.
