Carnegie WorldWide/Oesteuropa (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund. The Fund is engaged in making investments in the Eastern European equities. As of December 31, 2011, most of its investments were located in Russia and were active in such sectors, as energy (42.9%), commodities (22.6%) and finance (19%). As of December 31, 2011, the Fund's investment portfolio included the equities of such companies, as Alacer Gold, Budimex, Dragon Oil, Emlak Konut, Eurasia Drilling and Gazprom, among others. Carnegie WorldWide/Oesteuropa is a division of Investeringsforeningen Carnegie WorldWide, a Denmark-based investment organization.
