SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 27, 2016) - At its meeting today, the California Water Service Group (NYSE: CWT) Board of Directors declared the company's 284th consecutive quarterly dividend, increasing the annual dividend from $0.67 to $0.69. This represents the company's 49th consecutive annual dividend increase. The quarterly dividend of $0.1725 per common share will be payable on February 19, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 8, 2016.
California Water Service Group is the parent company of California Water Service Company, Washington Water Service Company, New Mexico Water Service Company, Hawaii Water Service Company, Inc., CWS Utility Services, and HWS Utility Services. California Water Service Group is a holding company that provides water utility and other related services in California, Washington, New Mexico, Hawaii and Texas through its subsidiaries. Its business is conducted through its operating subsidiaries and provides utility services. Its business consists of the production, purchase, storage, treatment, testing, distribution, and sale of water for domestic, industrial, public, and irrigation uses, and the provision of domestic and municipal fire protection services.
