The high-purity simple oxides include cerium oxide, dysprosium oxide, erbium oxide, europium oxide, gadolinium oxide, and holmium oxide, among others. The rare earth fluorides include lanthanum fluoride, neodymium fluoride, and yttrium fluoride.
