Salt Cay Horizons Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire Sol Sureno Canada Inc. from Canadian GoldCamps Corp. for CAD 0.2 million.

Salt Cay Horizons Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire Sol Sureno Canada Inc. from Canadian GoldCamps Corp. (CNSX:CAMP) for CAD 0.2 million on October 24, 2021. The transaction includes assumption of all liabilities of Sol Sureno.

Canadian GoldCamps has not received CAD 0.2 million for the sale of Sol Sureno, hence completion of the sale is pending as at March 31, 2022.
