Cosa Resources Corp. has entered into a property purchase agreement to acquire Titan Uranium Project in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan from CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. for CAD 0.16 million .

Cosa Resources Corp. (TSXV:COSA) has entered into a property purchase agreement to acquire Titan Uranium Project in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan from CanAlaska Uranium Ltd. (TSXV:CVV) for CAD 0.16 million on January 12, 2024. Consideration will be paid in CAD 10,000 in cash and the issuance of 300,000 common shares of the Cosa Resources Corp.

The Acquisition is subject to standard closing conditions, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
