Hebei Cangzhou Dongsu Group Co.,Ltd. signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 24% stake in Cangzhou Mingzhu Tianjia Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. from Cangzhou Mingzhu Plastic Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002108) for CNY 2.3 million on March 15, 2016. As of end of 2015, Cangzhou Mingzhu Tianjia Instrument Technology had total assets of CNY 18.73 million, total liabilities of CNY 9.9 million, net asset of CNY 8.9 million, operating loss of CNY 0.32 million and net loss of CNY 0.34 million. On March 15, 2016, the Board of Directors of Cangzhou Mingzhu Plastic approved the transaction.
