Capital Engineering Network Public Company Limited informed that Mr. Yanyong Wattanawongpitak has sent letter of intent to resign from position of Director, Audit Committee and, Nomination and Remuneration Committee on August 28, 2023 due to other business engagement and unable to fully perform these duties to company. This is effective from August 28, 2023 onward.
