The details as required in compliance Subsequently Mrs. Rachna Dikshit also ceased to be a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company effective from August 08, 2023.
