Capstone Companies, Inc. announced that James McClinton submitted his resignation as Chief Operating Officer which resignation is effective as of November 30, 2022. which resignation is effective as of November 30, 2022. Mr. McClinton's notice of intent to resign was received by the Company on November 16, 2022.
His resignation is due to personal health reasons.
