(OTCPK:CAPP) acquired 20% stake in LC Strategic Realty, LLC and LC Strategic Holdings, LLC from Christopher Naugle and Lorissa Naugle for $0.28 million in cash on July 24, 2015. Capstone Financial entered into a securities purchase agreement for LC Strategic Realty with Christopher Naugle and entered into a securities purchase agreement for LC Strategic Holdings with Lorissa Naugle.

Capstone Financial Group, Inc. (OTCPK:CAPP) completed the acquisition of 20% stake in LC Strategic Realty, LLC and LC Strategic Holdings, LLC from Christopher Naugle and Lorissa Naugle on July 24, 2015.
