Carboclor SA is an Argentina-based company primarily engaged in the commodity chemicals manufacture. The Company's activities are divided into four business segments: Own production, Resale, Distribution, and Logistics services. The Own production division is responsible for the processing and refining of a range of basic organic chemicals, such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA), secondary butyl-alcohol (SBA), as well as methyl ethyl carbinol (MIBC). The Resale line provides chemical products purchased from third parties. The Distribution segment comprises the resale of chemicals bought from third parties in the local market. The Logistics services area offers port terminal operations, including loading and unloading vessels, trucks and containers, laboratory tests, as well as warehousing, among others. Furthermore, the Company is a subsidiary of ANCSOL SA.
