Careerlink Co., Ltd. (TSE:6070) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 600,000 shares, representing 4.88% of its share capital, for ¥300 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to increase shareholder value per share and implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until September 30, 2020. As of February 29, 2020, the company had 12,304,245 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 251,555 shares in treasury.
Careerlink Co Ltd is primarily engaged in providing comprehensive human resource services with a focus on staffing business. The BPO related business provides staffing service on BPO businesses for BPO operators, staffing service based on incentive contracts, and planning, designing and implementation services as parts of customersâ business processes. CRM related business provides staffing and placement services on telemarketing businesses for telemarketing operators, and telemarketing services for enterprises other than telemarketing operators. The general business provides staffing, placement dispatching, placement and recruiting, and others for general businesses. The manufacturing technology business provides staffing or contracting services for manufacturing and logistics operations on manufacturing sites.
