Caregen Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A214370) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 150,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to enhance the shareholders value through stabilizing the stock prices. The program will expire on July 24, 2020. As of April 23, 2020, the company had 787,073 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
