Humanscape, Inc. announced that it has received KRW 13,100,000,000 in its series B round of funding on November 25, 2020. The transaction included participation from returning investors Korea Investment Partners Co. Ltd. for KRW 5,000,000,000, Green Cross Holdings Corporation (KOSE:A005250) for KRW 3,500,000,000, Nau IB Capital, Investment Arm and KB Securities Co., Ltd., Investment Arm for KRW 2,000,000,000 each, and Carelabs Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A263700) for KRW 600,000,000.
The company has raised KRW 22,000,000,000 in funding till date. The company aimed at raising KRW 10,000,000,000 in the transaction.
Carelabs Co.,Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the development and sale of software. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through three segments. The Healthcare Digital Marketing segment is involved in marketing planning, production and agency business. The Healthcare Media Platform segment is involved in the provision of hospital pharmacy search services and community apps related to beauty care. The products are sold under the name of GOODOC and BABITALK. The Healthcare Solution segment provides customer relationship management (CRM) software, prescription security systems, and pharmacy billing programs.
