Carnaby Resources Limited is an exploration and development company. The Company is focused on copper and gold projects in the Mount Isa Inlier of Queensland and the Pilbara’s Mallina Basin and Yilgarn Margin of Western Australia. Its Mount Isa Inlier Copper and Gold Projects in Queensland comprise the Greater Duchess Copper Gold Project and the Tick Hill Gold Project. The Greater Duchess Copper Gold Project lies approximately 70 kilometers (km) to the south of Mount Isa on a land holding of approximately 1022 square kilometers. The Company’s Pilbara tenement package comprises the Strelley, Mount Grant, Pardoo and Goldsworthy Gold Projects as well as the Big Hill Lithium Project. Each of these projects are located in the prospective Mallina Basin of Western Australia, northeast of the Hemi gold deposit of De Grey Mining Ltd. The Company’s ground holdings in the Mallina Basin cover about 442 square kilometers. Its Yilgarn Margin Projects comprise the Malmac and Throssel Projects.
