Carzo Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based company. The Company's principal activities are wholesale of fruits, provision of management services and activities of investment holding companies. Its segments include Fruits business and Grocery business. Its Fruits business segment includes distribution and retail, retail chain stores, convenience stores, e-commerce and others, which comprises hotels, hospitals, airline food providers and consumers who purchased through vending machines. Its Grocery business includes retail, distribution and wholesale of groceries and related business under the name of Jii-Mart. It has a total of approximately 11 grocery stores throughout Negeri Sembilan. The Company's products include fruit juices, frozen fruits, ready-to-eat fruit products, frozen meat and seafood, nuts, vegetables, ready-to-eat food such as soup, canned food, pre-mix sauces and pastes, and convenience food such as instant noodles and snacks sold via its e-commerce sales channel.
