Catella advised Ilmarinen in the sale of a car retail property in Tampere
Catella Property Oy acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Mutual Pension Insurance Company Ilmarinen in the sale of a car retail property in Hatanpää, Tampere.
The lettable area of the property is over 4,000 square meters consisting of commercial and car repair premises. The property is located in Hatanpää, a popular car dealership area in Tampere, approximately 1.5 km from the city centre.
The property is fully leased to Automyymälä Helsinki Oy, which operates in the car trade under the name Autoverkkokauppa.fi. The property is located on a freehold plot and has plenty of parking spaces. The buyer is a local private investor.
