CBRE Group, Inc. has named its new Colorado market leader. Jessica Ostermick will be taking the helm as the new Colorado market leader for the commercial real estate giant, overseeing its offices in downtown Denver, the Denver Tech Center, Boulder, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins. It's an internal hire for the business, as Ostermick has been with CBRE for the past decade and in the commercial real estate industry for 20 years.

Most recently, she served as a partner on CBRE's industrial institutional investment sales and leasing team. Prior to her time as a broker, she was a research director for the Colorado region at CBRE. Ostermick's new responsibilities include leading the charge for all employees in leasing, property management sales, valuation and debt and structured finance.

In addition to her time at CBRE, Ostermick worked at Oz Architecture as a business development director, at Colorado Housing and Finance Authority as a loan analyst and as a research economist for real estate development, according to her LinkedIn profile. She graduated from the University of Denver with a master's degree in Real Estate and Construction Management and earned her bachelor's degree from Miami University in Ohio in business economics.  Ostermick serves on the board of directors for NAIOP Colorado and is involved in Urban Land Institute's Colorado chapter, as well as the University of Colorado Business Economic Outlook Forum and the Susan Stanton Leadership Academy.
