CDW Holding Limited announced the cessation of Chong Pheng as Lead Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Risk Committee, and a member of the Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Reason For Cessation: In line with Rule 210(5)(d)(iv) of the Listing Manual that imposes a 9-year limit on the tenure of Independent Directors, Mr. Chong is considered as an independent director until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company to be held in April 2024.

With the appointment of new Independent Directors, Mr. Chong will relinquish his position as the Lead Independent Director, Chairman of Risk Committee, and a member of the Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee on 31 December 2023.
