CDW Holding Limited announced the cessation of Lai Shi Hong, Edward as Independent Director, Chairman of Audit Committee, and a member of the Nominating Committee and Risk Committee. Reason For Cessation: In line with Rule 210(5)(d)(iv) of the Listing Manual that imposes a 9-year limit on the tenure of Independent Directors, Mr. Lai is considered as an independent director until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company to be held in April 2024.

With the appointment of new Independent Directors, Mr. Lai will relinquish his position as Chairman of Audit Committee, and a member of the Nominating Committee and Risk Committee on 31 December 2023.
