Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A ('Company' or 'Eletrobras') (B3: ELET3, ELET5 & ELET6; NYSE: EBR & EBR.B; LATIBEX: XELT.O & XELT.B) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general, in addition to the Relevant Fact disclosed on February 8, 2021, that, on June 25, 2021, the special purpose company Norte Energia ('NESA') released a Market Announcement, that is filed on the CVM website (www.cvm.gov.br), informing that an injunction was issued by the Federal Civil and Criminal Court of the SSJ of Altamira-PA, within the scope of the lawsuit filed by the Federal Public Ministry ('Public Civil Action') determing, among other measures, that NESA adopt the hydrograph with reduced flow, distinct from the Consensus hydrograph, contained in the environmental licensing. In that Announcement, NESA informed that is adopting the appropriate measures against the lower court decision.

The Eletrobras Companies jointly own 49.98% (forty-nine point ninety-eight percent) of Norte Energia's capital stock and Eletrobras will keep the market informed about the subject addressed in this Market Announcement.
