Mediation and Conciliation Chamber of the Federal Public Administration

Rio de Janeiro, April 3, 2024, Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A - Eletrobras informs that, in addition to the Relevant Fact disclosed on January 8, 2024, and the Market Announcement of March 15, 2024, the Lawyer General's Office filed a petition on this date within the Direct Action of Unconstitutionality 7,385 (ADI) proceedings. This petition requests a 90-day extension for the work of the Mediation and Conciliation Chamber of the Federal Public Administration (CCAF), initiated due to the decision handed down by Justice Nunes Marques, the ADI's rapporteur. This extension relates to the matter addressed in the Market Announcement dated December 20, 2023, which refers to the rapporteur's original deadline of April 8, 2024.

Also on this date, the Company filed a petition in the same records agreeing to the request made by the Lawyer General's Office so that the CCAF's works could continue.

The Company reiterates that all decisions resulting from the CCAF work will be submitted to the approval of the Company's governing bodies, including the Annual General Meeting, as provided for in the Company's Bylaws and Law 6,404 of December 15, 1976.

The Company will keep the market informed on the matter.
