Central China Land Media Co., Ltd (SZSE:000719) agreed to acquire the remaining 24% stake in Beijing Huilin Paper Co., Ltd. from Central China Publishing & Media Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. for CNY 23.9 million on April 27, 2018. After the completion of the transaction, Beijing Huilin Paper Co., Ltd. will be wholly owned by Central China Land Media Co., Ltd. For the year ended December 31, 2017, Beijing Huilin Paper Co., Ltd. had total assets of CNY 75.03 million, net assets of CNY 45.38 million, operational income of CNY 180.14 million and net profit of CNY 18.84 million. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Central China Land Media Co., Ltd in the 12th meeting of 7th directorate held on April 27, 2018.
