Central china land media CO.,LTD (SZSE:000719) agreed to acquire Zhengzhou Wenhua Property Development Co., Ltd. from Henan Daxiang Property Co., Ltd. for CNY 3.7 million on January 6, 2020. The deal does not need the shareholders’ approval of Central china land media. The deal has been approved in the 21st Meeting of Central china land media's 7th Directorate.
Central china land media CO.,LTD is a China-based company principally engaged in publishing and distribution business, material sale business and printing business. The Companyâs products mainly consist of general books, textbooks and supplementary learning materials, newspapers, journals, audiovisual products and digital publications, among others. The Company is also involved in the manufacture and distribution of printing equipment, paper, pulp, packaging equipment and related products.
