Central Industries PLC is a Sri Lanka-based company, which is engaged in manufacturing and distribution of pipes and fittings for domestic and industrial use. The Company also manufactures and distributes electrical switches, sockets and accessories, and markets other products used in the construction industry. Its segments include Water Management Products and Electrical Products. Water Management Products segment is engaged in manufacturing and distributing water management products. Electrical Products segment is engaged in manufacturing and distributing electrical products. It manufactures and markets National PVC brand potable water pipes and fittings. The range of products comprises polyvinyl chloride (PVC) ball valves, PVC solvent, rigid, PE pipes flexible electrical conduits and garden hose pipes. The Company also markets electrical category products under the Krypton brand. The Companyâs manufacturing facilities are located in Kerawalapitya, Wattala and Elhena, Yakkala.
