	With reference to the Central Pattana Public Company Limited (the " Company") Board
	of Directors meeting No. 6/2022 held on 9 August 2022, the Board has passed the
	resolution to approve the establishment of its new subsidiary by purchase of 99,995
	ordinary shares in CentralPattana Life Company Limited from Siam Future Development
	Public Company Limited, the subsidiary in which the Company approximately holds
	99% of shares. The details of which are shown below.

	Registered Capital	THB 1,000,000 (One million Baht) consisted of 100,000 ordinary

	Shareholding Structure	Central Pattana Public Company Limited holds 99.995% of shares
			Central World Company Limited holds 0.004% of shares
			Mr. Prin Chirathivat holds 0.001% of shares

	Source of Fund	The Company's working capital
	Connected Nature	This transaction is not a connected transaction in accordance

	Size of transaction	The calculated transaction size does not cause the Company to
			fall within the disclosure requirement under the Notification of the

Capital Market Supervisory Board No. 20/2551 (including additional revisions).
