Central Security Patrols Co., Ltd. (TSE:9740) concluded a contract to acquire 51% stake in Ctd Networks Co., Ltd. from Junichi Isobe on March 25, 2019. Central Security Patrols Co., Ltd will acquire 0.02 million shares of Ctd Networks Co., Ltd. After the transaction, Ctd Networks Co., Ltd. will operate as a subsidiary of Central Security Patrols Co., Ltd. Central Security Patrols Co., Ltd. reported total assets of ¥557.33 million and net assets of ¥290.86 million as at December 31, 2018. Central Security Patrols Co., Ltd. reported sales of ¥1.05 billion in 2018. The Board of Directors passed a resolution for the transaction on March 25, 2019. The transaction is expected to be completed on April 15, 2019.
