Century Peak Metals Holdings Corporation Announces Election of Directors, Officers and Committee Members

Century Peak Metals Holdings Corporation announced that on December 10, 2014, the were elected directors, and officers of the corporation for the current year 2014-2015, to hold office as such until their successors have been duly elected, Ronaldo D. Ibasco as director, Teodoro G. Ablang, Jr as director, Fmr. Sen. Richard J. Gordon as independent director, as Renato L. Leveiza, k. as independent director, Simeon Ken R. Ferrer as corporate secretary, Katrina C. Kenq as Assistant Comorate Secretary and Gladys C.Velasco as Chief Information Officer. At the meeting the company also elected Ronatdo D. Ibasco, Emilio Tiu and Ma.

Aneela C. Ong as members of audit committee and Renato L. Leveiza, Jr. as Chairman Of audit committee, and Guo Cong Yuan a.k.a.Anson Tan and Fmr. Sen. Richard J. Gordon as members of nomination and remuneration committee.
