Century Panels Limited announced that it has received INR 209.5 million in funding from Century Plyboards Limited

Century Panels Limited announced that it has issued 20,950,000 common shares at a price of INR 10 per share for gross proceeds of INR 209,500,000 on June 22, 2022. The transaction included participation from returning investor Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. to retain its 100% stake in the company.
