CERVED GROUP: PUBLICATION OF SLATE OF CANDIDATES FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FILED BY THE SHAREHOLDER CASTOR BIDCO S.P.A.

San Donato Milanese, 2 November 2021 - Cerved Group S.p.A. ("Cerved" or the "Company") announces that the shareholder Castor Bidco S.p.A. owner of no. 174,582,793 shares of the Company, equal to 89,4% of the share capital, on 2 November 2021 submitted the following list of candidates to renew the Board of Directors:

  2. Candidate in possession of the independence requisites provided for by articles 147-ter, paragraph 4, and 148, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 58.
