Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited announced regarding resignation of Mr. Rajveer Singh, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from the services of the Company, who shall be relieved from the services of the Company at close of business hours on May 5, 2023. Requirements) Regulations, 2015, company informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on April 25, 2023 has, inter-alia, approved appointment of Mr. Anuj Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from May 6, 2023. Mr. Anuj Jain, aged about 59 years, did B.Com (Hons.) in 1982 from Meerut University. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He started his career in 1987 and worked in finance, accounts and secretarial functions with several organizations from the year 1987 to 2001. Mr. Anuj Jain joined the Company in the year 2001 and presently working as Assistant Vice President- Finance in the Company. He has experience of more than 35 years in the fields of finance, accounts and secretarial functions.
Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the production of urea in its three plants located at Gadepan in Kota district of Rajasthan. The Companyâs segments include Own Manufactured and Complex, Crop Protection Chemicals and Specialty Nutrients, and Others. The Company is also engaged in marketing of other fertilizers and Agri-inputs, such as di-ammonium phosphate (DAP), muriate of potash (MOP), ammonium phosphate sulphate (APS), different grades of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium (NPK) fertilizers, Sulphur, micronutrients, and agrochemicals. Its crop protection products include insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides. It caters to the needs of the farmers in approximately 10 states in northern, eastern, central, and western regions of India and is the fertilizer supplier in the state of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, and Haryana. Its subsidiaries include CFCL Ventures Limited and Chambal Infrastructure Ventures Limited.
