Champion Electric Metals Inc. announced that it has commenced re-mobilization of the crew back into the field at its Lithium Project in the James Bay area, Quebec, following the forest fire ban lift by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. The Company is mobilizing the crew for a property-wide exploration program and expects a full resumption of activities in the next few days. Prior to the forest fire related evacuation, the team had completed an airborne Time-Domain Electromagnetic (TDEM) survey flown over base metals targets identified by the 2022 VLF-EM survey and the recent historical data review undertaken at the Project.

An update will be provided when ongoing processing, modelling, and interpretation of the final TDEM data is completed. Targets generated will be evaluated on the ground concurrent with the planned exploration efforts for lithium-bearing pegmatites. The fires did not have an impact on the Company's properties.

Champion Electric will continue to monitor the conditions of the field operations to ensure the safety of all personnel. The Company would like to extend its gratitude towards the emergency services staff that has helped tackle the wildfire situation in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada.
