Champion Technology Holdings Limited Appoints Wong Yuk Man Edmand as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Audit Committee, Human Resources and Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee Effect from 8 March 2018

The Board of Champion Technology Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Wong Yuk Man Edmand has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director and a member of each of the audit committee, the human resources and remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the Company, all with effect from 8 March 2018. During January 2004 to August 2006, Mr. Wong was an independent non-executive director of Sun International Group Limited.
