Changs Ascending Enterprise Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 29.21 million compared to TWD 44.89 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 15.54 million compared to TWD 4.7 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.25 compared to TWD 0.08 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.25 compared to TWD 0.08 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 270.1 million compared to TWD 82.48 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 8.5 million compared to net loss of TWD 34.9 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.14 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.59 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.14 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.59 a year ago.

The Company primarily offers lithium iron phosphate oxide cathode materials, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) devices, as well as lithium-iron assembled batteries, among others. In addition, the Company is involved in the provision of battery related technical services, sale of chargers and raw materials, as well as leasing. Its products are applied in the robots, golf cars, solar light emitting diode (LED), power tools, lawn mowers, lighting systems, home appliances and others. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia.
